この日は会社の同僚と共に「銀座 よし澤」へ（食べログの評価3.76。日本料理TOKYO百名店）。銀座の中心部から少し離れた通りの階段を降りたところにあるお店。石が敷き詰められた入口など、とても雰囲気のある作りです。
室内は広くはないものの、落ち着いていて良い感じ。この日はカウンターでの食事で、事前に注文していたのは、名物鰆の藁焼きと旬の食材を楽しむコース（税込18480円）。
出てきた料理はどれも高水準ですが、値段なりといえば値段なり。飲み物を何種類かいただくと一人当たり3万円近くなりますが、それ相応のものが安定して提供される安心感はあります。
気になったのは、せっかくカウンターで食事をしたにも関わらず、少し店員さんたちの愛想が悪かったこと。無理に話しかけてきてくれたりする必要はないですが、何となくこちらまで雰囲気が悪くなります。
カウンターの上に名前の札がかかっており、食事後に聞いたところ、常連さんたちの名前とのこと。こうしたところも含めて、あまり一見さんは歓迎されていないのかもしれません。このあたりを理解し、受け止めたうえで訪問するならいいお店だと思います。
