This is the first time I've been to Il Moro since it moved. It's located on the 8th floor of the Ginza Belvia building. This time I had a weekday pasta lunch, which also came with a mixed salad and soup for 1,500 yen. The salad was fresh, with cucumber, tomato, red radish, red and yellow peppers, treviças, carrots, and more. It was a blessing for me, as I've always lacked vegetables. The chestnut pumpkin soup was sweet, but not monotonous. The main pasta was aglio e olio with large clams, dried horenso and cherry tomatoes. The pasta was full of the flavor of clams and tasted very good. Although aglio e olio can tend to be monotonous, it had a complex flavor and was perfectly emulsion. In short, the chef's skills were amazing. There are many popular restaurants in Ginza that serve pasta for 1,000 yen that even come with coffee and don't taste good at all, but this restaurant is on a completely different level in that sense. Even though it was such a great deal, they changed the cloth every time, and the pasta was served on Royal Copenhagen plates. It was a luxurious lunch in many ways.
