久しぶりにフレンチ食べたいなと伺ったのがこちら
週末の開店直後に来店
先客は2組ほど
1階に通されます
こちらは自社ビルみたいで1階が一番カジュアル
安いコースだと週末でも1階限定で2,000円のコースも
とは言ってもフォアグラのチョイスはmenuB(税込3,278円)からしかできないようなので、menuBにオプションでメインをアンガス牛ザブトンのローストとフォアグラのポアレ ロッシーニ風(+税込660円)に
オーダーから5分ほどでフランスパンが
外カリッ中モチッ そして温かい
美味しい
パンお代わりできます
というか空になると勧めてくれます
そしてパンから3分ほどで前菜
パテドカンパーニュとピクルス 美味しい パンが進みます
真鯛のタルタルは変わった味が なにこれ
ズッキーニのケークサレ 美味しい
あとはお野菜
前菜はコースのランクで内容が変わるようです
スープはカボチャのポタージュ
これは濃厚で美味しい
メインのロッシーニ風
マッシュポテトではなくキャベツです
身体に良さそうなロッシーニ
ソースはトリュフソース
なんか660円追加した甲斐があります
ザブトンはアンガス牛だからかサシは入っておらず赤身です
とは言ってもそこそこ柔らかくてトリュフソースも手伝って美味しく食べられました
お肉が若干冷めてる割にキャベツが熱々なのはどうして
フォアグラは滑らかで臭みもクセもなく美味しいフォアグラでした
デザートは税込440円追加してモンブラン ピスタチオアイスクリーム添えに
ピスタチオ感のあまりしないアイスクリームで残念
モンブランのスポンジ部分はしっとり濃厚なガトーショコラ これは美味しい
中を開けると生クリーム
モンブランクリームもまたあまり栗感がない
素材の味を出すのは難しいのか
サービスはとってもいいです
お水やパンなど気を遣っていただけますし、店員さんの感じはすごくいいです
でも料理出すタイミングはそこまでかな お肉ぬるかったし 週末だから忙しいのか…
店内の雰囲気もいいです
女子会やデートで使われるお店

12時過ぎるとお客さんどんどん入ってきます
おひとりさまがふらっと入ってくるのも数名
予約客も多いみたい
