久々に東急プラザ銀座のレストランに行ってみました。日曜日の15時頃でしたが、比較的どこも空いています（つるとんたんの行列は相変わらず）。どこにしようか迷っていると、こちらのスタッフの方に感じよく声をかけていただきメニューを見てみると、オープン当時よりリーズナブルなランチメニューも増えていたので早速入店してみました。
店内はかなり広く、広々とした2人1組で座れるカウンター席に、広々としたテーブル席があります。
本日は窓際の明るいカウンター席でお肉をいただきました。1人だとゆったりとスペースを使えて快適。
お茶も温冷で選べるのも嬉しいサービスです。
本日は数量限定の"尾崎牛切り落としランチ" ¥2,400(w/o tax)をお願いしました。
座ると早速料理が運ばれてきます。
"牛筋と大根の煮込み、牛筋スープ、サラダ、キムチ"
どれも普通に美味しいのですが、さっぱりとした牛筋スープは流石。
"尾崎牛の切り落とし80g"
モモ肉、リブロースなど色々な部位の切り落としが少しづつ。
焼き方にコツがあるようで、最初にお手本でスタッフの方が焼いてくれました。
臭いが付きにくい無煙ロースターを使用しており安心。
焦げる手前くらいまでしっかりと焼いた方が、上質な脂が閉じ込められ美味しく食べられるそうです。
自分で焼いたら少し焦げてしまいました。焦げる手前、難しい。。。
宮崎尾崎牛は、よいお肉の多くがそうなのですが、脂の融点が低く、食べた後の爽快感が魅力。
確かに食後感はさっぱりとして良かったのですが、お味の真価は、これだけではわかりませんでした。
奮発してランクが上の焼肉やローストビーフ丼を食べた方が満足度は高いかもしれません。
また、こちらのお店のサービス力は素晴らしい。
皆様感じがよいのはもちろん、細かいことにも目が行き届いており感心いたしました。
そんな訳で次回はもっと肉々しいものをいただいてみたいと思います。
