この日は少しリッチに銀座で焼肉ランチ！
東急プラザ銀座の11階にあります。お店の手前側の席は、小さい子連れの家族も多く、敷居が低くて誰でも入りやすいです。奥はもう少し落ち着いた感じである程度使い分けてそうですね。
本日は事前に予約して檜コースを堪能。
まずはサラダ、牛骨スープ、季節の前菜、尾崎牛の塩ユッケです。
前菜は牛肉の煮こごり、牛タン味噌和え、ローストビーフでした。前菜から上品で美味しかったです。ユッケは久しぶりに食べましたが、ごま油が効いた塩ユッケはやっぱり美味！
牛タンは非常に薄く、味も普通といったところ。
お店こだわりのタンみたいですが少し残念。
次がメインの尾崎牛と黒毛和牛の盛り合わせ。
うちもも、ともばら、肩ロースが尾崎牛、たてばら、ランプが黒毛和牛です。
バラは脂のノリがすごくジューシーな味わい、うちももやランプなど赤身肉は肉の旨みが伝わる美味しさでした。個人的な好みは圧倒的に赤身肉。
これを食べ終わると焼きすきです。こちらはお店の方が焼いてくださいます。
さっと数秒焼いて卵につけてご飯とともに。お肉もやわらかくて絶品でした。
〆は冷麺かユッケジャンクッパを選べます。私は米派なのでユッケジャンクッパにしました。辛味もほどよく食べやすい。これ正解です。
最後は抹茶アイスとコーヒーでお口直し。
トータルしてなかなか良かったと思います。
接客もよく、また行きたいと思えるお店でした。
