中国宮廷料理は中華とは別物
今回お邪魔したこの店は「中国宮廷料理」のお店。
ジャンルは中華料理だが、医食同源をテーマに添加物を使用しない健康美食な中華料理とのこと。

最初は中華で健康とはどういうことか？と思ったが、お邪魔してなんとなく理解できました。
まず最初の前菜15品はびっくり。目で楽しませていただいた。
そのあと出てきた中で美味しかったのはふかひれ蒸し煮とナマコの煮込み。
こんなに大きいナマコは初めて見ました。プルプルでとても美味しかった。
また最後の「幻のデザート 三不粘」は不思議な触感だったが優しい味で美味でした。
中華料理あるあるの味が濃いものや油の揚げ物系が少なく、食べた後も胃もあっさりしている。
これぞ医食同源。健康中華、面白いジャンルでした。
ただお値段はかわいくないので、年齢浅く胃がまだまだ元気な私にはまだ時期尚早なジャンルかなと。
