背の高い椅子と衝立のような役割りをしている
レースのカーテン。半個室のようなスタイル。
テーブルの上のライトは天幕のような傘みたい。
ランチメニューを予約してお願いしました。
ドリンクのみをオーダー。
お料理に合わせてノンアルコールペアセット。
最初に目にも鮮やかな10種類もの前菜が出てきます。リーフレットもテーブルに用意されていて
10品全ての由来が書いてありスタッフの方が1品ずつ説明してくれます。取り皿に分けていただきます
そのうちの代表作の一つ。翡翠豆腐。
ぱっと見蒸しケーキのように見えますが枝豆と帆立を使った練り物。
枝豆使ってるからかずんだっぽい感じもする。
とても柔らかくて色鮮やかで数ある前菜の中でも印象に残ります。
他にもニンジンの炒め物、豚肉の燻製、きゅうりの和え物etc...。
北京ダック、卵白の炒め←プリプリの食感とメレンゲと海老の優しくてコクのあるスープ。
白いお花のように見えて美しいです。
その後デザートと食後のドリンクが続きます。
スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧な対応で1つ1つ分かりやすく説明していただきました。
普段なかなか宮廷料理を食べる機会はないけれど
お料理1品ごとに願いが込められていました。
