Imabari yakitori grilled on an iron plate. When grilling on Teppanyaki, you can press down with a trowel-like object to cook faster, allowing the heat to pass through evenly and making the food delicious. The ``skin'' in particular is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You won't notice any noticeable fat.
