鮪金はお米の老舗総合メーカーである「東洋ライス」が手掛けているんですよね。

日曜日はこの辺界隈は魚のお店はお休み。
営業していても、なかなか好みのネタがない。
こちらはメニューに好きなネタ刺しがありました。

お寿司は美味しかったです。江戸前寿司と金芽米やロウカット玄米の組み合わせがどのようなものかと思っていましたが、上品な味でした。職人さんは清潔感あり、適度な距離感でした。
