初訪問。
銀座のうどん店で、ひときわ目立つ行列がいつもできている五代目花山うどんさん。
この日は平日だったのにもかかわらず、20人程の行列が。
40分ほど待って入店し、お腹ぺこぺこの状態でいただくうどんは、お腹の中に染み渡っていく美味しさでした。
平打ち麺のボリュームはしっかりお腹に溜まります。
