初訪店です。
クリスマスの後に伺い、通常メニューに戻っています。とは言え、時期的に鴨もメニューには入っています。
田舎風パテを大盛でお願いしたら、三人前？と思われる程のボリュームで着卓！
その量に見ただけでお腹いっぱいになってしまいます。ワインと知人にもお手伝いしてもらって食べ切ります。
サツマイモのスープは優しい味ですがジャガイモの味もありながら、甘くて美味しい！これは三杯飲めると思いました。
メインの鴨のコンフィもボリューム満点です♪
皮はパリパリで中はジューシー。カスレ（豚肉・羊肉・インゲン豆のソース）が良い出汁になっていて、お肉の味を引き立てています。
知人の鮮魚のポワレはこれも外の皮がパリパリでソースも美味しく、味も食感も素晴らしい！

ソースがバニラビーンズが効いていて、とても美味しかったです♪
銀座のど真ん中のビル内でこれだけのボリューム満点で美味しい料理としてこの価格はとてもコスパが高いと感じました。
