2019年9月8日、友人夫妻と3名で初訪問。
こちらのお店、銀座の数寄屋橋交差点近くの比内地鶏専門店です。
比内鶏は、天然記念物なんで食べられないんですが、比内鶏の雄とロードアイランドレッドの雌を掛け合わせた“比内地鶏”は、日本三大地鶏のひとつ(他は名古屋コーチン、薩摩地鶏)
美味い鶏です。
お洒落なビルの地下二階に下りていくと、なんだか秘密基地風の通路が伸びていて、ワクワクします。
最深部に隠れ家感たっぷりのお店がありました。
店内は、黒を基調としたシックな個室が広がっています。
頂いたお料理は、
『蒸し鶏と豆腐の農園野菜ゴマサラ』(990円)…メニュー写真を超えてきました(笑)
蒸し鶏多過ぎ～♪
ビールに良く合います。
『天然マグロのお造り』(690円)…これはメバチっぽいです。
お手頃価です。
『地鶏のたたき』(690円)…ポン酢でさっぱりと、比内地鶏の旨味を存分に味わえます。
『淡路島産玉葱の揚げ出し』(790円)…淡路島産の玉ねぎはマイブームになっています。煮ても焼いても本当に甘くて美味い玉ねぎです。
『特製チキン南蛮』(790円)…ザクザクしたテクスチャが堪りません。
自家製タルタルソースは、マヨ多めで酸味が効いています。
美味い～(笑)
『丸ごと金目鯛の煮付け』(2590円)…たっぷりボリュームのある煮付けです。
味が濃いのが、呑兵衛にはたまりません。
ご飯にも合いそう。
『比内地鶏の水炊き鍋』(一人前1790円)…二人前頂きました。
ちょっとお鍋のシーズンには早かったですが、やっぱり比内地鶏を食べ尽くすには、鍋です。
具は、比内地鶏、白菜、ねぎ、水菜、ぶなしめじ、えのき、豆腐。
出汁は、比内地鶏をエマルジョンさせたのものですが、さっぱりすっきりとしていて美味しい。
『濃厚出汁の雑炊』(490円)…かなりお腹が膨れたので、一人前だけ頂きましたが、結構ボリュームがあります。
『お漬物盛り合わせ』(590円)…良く漬かっていますが、美味しいだけにもう少しボリューム欲しい！
