友人が見つけたお店に行きました。
日比谷駅から近く。
地下の一番奥のお店でした。
全室個室のようで、
久々の友人とものんびり過ごせますね。
生ビールで乾杯。
お酒も沢山種類があって嬉しいですね。
日本酒も豊富です。
お通しは、味がしみてる
がんもでした。
◇さっぱり地鶏の鶏皮ポン酢
すごくさっぱりな美味しい鶏皮。
ボリュームもあって、満足。
◇蒸し鶏と豆腐の農園野菜ゴマサラダ
野菜も蒸し鶏も沢山入ってる
サラダ。ドレッシングが別添えなのが嬉しい。
◇特製チキン南蛮
さっぱりとした、タルタルが美味しい
チキン南蛮。タルタルに入ってる野菜が
美味しいですね。
◇熟成鶏の炭火焼
焼き野菜も美味しい、炭火で焼かれた
熟成鶏。香ばしいのに柔らかくて美味しい。
◇胡瓜のたたき
ドレッシングがさっぱりな胡瓜のたたき。
箸休めにぴったり、やみつきです。
◇タコ山葵
お酒飲みのつまみ、タコわさで
延々と飲めますね。適度な辛さで美味しい。
◇わらび餅
最後はデザートにわらび餅を。
柔らかくて美味しいわらび餅は、
きなこと黒蜜で。
