今回は懐石のコースを注文させていただきました
安定のカウンター席に座りつつスタートは余市のハイボール

メインの和牛の雲丹イクラ載せ
ここまでで結構なお腹いっぱいに
そこに来ました牛肉の炊き込みご飯
肉がホロホロで味が染みててこれ一番美味い
ただお腹いっぱい。。。そんな心配もなく包んでいただきました
お土産はこれでバッチリですね
店員さんも飲み物が空くちょい前くらいには声をかけてくれて親切でした
ビルと裏腹に室内はすごい綺麗でした

本日は会食にてカウンター利用☺️
スタートはホタルイカの酢味噌→味噌濃厚
葛素麺→小海老がいい仕事してました
おつくり３種→赤身ネットリ、白身は脂が乗ってる
雲丹寿司→いいボリューム感
焼きタラバ→身がホクホク
真鯛、赤身→コマシャリで魚の味が引き立つ
赤貝、しめ鯖→貝の歯応え最高です
車海老、墨イカ→大きくてもっちり、イカは歯ごたえコリコリ
青さの茶碗蒸し→温かくて癒されます
穴子→ホクホク
巻物→炙りステーキに雲丹、イクラ
ボリューム満点口でお肉も柔らかく溶けました
最後の栗羊羹でサッパリな甘さで大満足
スタートはビールでしたが日本酒も豊富なので食材に応じてお酒を少し変えて味わえました
立地も駅から近く個室もあるのでまた会食・接待の際にはお邪魔させて頂きます
