銀座でお鮨を食べたいねということで、
こちらのお鮨屋さんに初訪問です。
銀座駅から徒歩で5分ほどのところにあります。
店内は、落ち着いた雰囲気で、
カウンターと個室があります。
この日は、カウンターに通して頂きました。
クリスマスということもあるので、
季節限定の雲丹×アワビ×毛ガニ 豪華寿司会席を予約しておりました。
海外の予約サイトでこちらのお店がとても
人気があるとのことで、この日も
海外からの団体さんもいらしてました。
●毛蟹
蟹酢でさっぱりと頂きます。
最初から蟹が出てきて気分も
上がります。
●季節のお造り
ヒラメ、縞鯵、メジマグロのお造りです。
甘い刺身醤油でいただきます。
●雲丹の小丼
バウンウニの小丼です。
ウニがとっても甘いです。
●鮑と季節の野菜ステーキ
とっても素敵な朴葉の葉に鮑と野菜が
乗っています。
野菜は、
ヤングコーン
アスパラ
パプリカ
鮑のほかに、ホタテも乗っていました。
優しい味の醤油あんかけで頂きます。
●真鯛

酢橘、岩塩、キャビアを添えて。
ねっとり感と塩味が美味しいです。
●しめさば
●天ぷら
甘鯛の天ぷらです。
身がふっくらしていますね。
●金目鯛
炙りで頂きます。

岩塩と酢橘でさっぱりと頂きます。
●穴子
ふわとろです。
●茶碗蒸し
アオサの茶碗蒸しです。
出汁が効いてるホットする茶碗蒸しです。
●とろたく手巻き寿司
とっても贅沢な手巻き寿司です。
ボリュームもかなりありますね。
トロタクに、うに、芽ねぎも添えられて
豪華ですね。

日本酒の種類が豊富で選ぶ楽しみがありました。
お鮨と日本酒の組み合わせは最高ですね。
お猪口も霧子グラスで美しかったです。
