年度末の贅沢！銀座でお寿司が食べたい！！
ということで、こちら銀座一を予約して訪問しました。
一と書いて「にのまえ」と読みます。
明るい未来を想像させる縁起の良い店名ですよね！
お店は泰明小学校目の前のビル地下2階にあります。
エントランスが京都の日本庭園を思わせる施しでとても素敵♪
店内は正面に白木のカウンター、奥にはいくつか個室もあって、高級感があって大人の雰囲気♪
デート、誕生日や記念日、女子会、接待と幅広い用途に対応出来るお店ですね。
夜は5つのコースが有りまして、この日は贅沢会席コース¥19,800-を注文しました。
先付、お椀、お造り、小丼、サーロイン、一の寿司、天麩羅、二の寿司、茶碗蒸し、手巻き寿司・赤出汁、甘味という構成です。
まずは春爛漫の先付から！
今が旬のホタルイカ、菜の花、フキの酢味噌和え。
初めから春を感じられてテンション上がる〜！
ホタルイカ柔らかくて美味しかった～！
続く、白魚とそら豆のお椀にも桜の塩漬けが！
春ですね！春！
こういう細かい演出大好きです。
お造りのメジマグロは脂の乗りが半端なくてトロけました。
小丼として提供されたのがウニ！
板前さんがオススメの食べ方を教えてくれて、贅沢にもウニを潰してご飯と混ぜていただきました。
これが甘くて美味しかった！！
そして、豪華過ぎてビックリしたのがお肉。
サーロインの上にイクラ。
ウニの上にキャビア。
こんなに豪華な組み合わせ、見たことないかも！笑
こちらも板前さんに食べ方を教えていただき、サーロインとイクラを一緒に食べてみました。
イクラの味でお肉をいただく。これ、めちゃくちゃ合う！
新発見で驚きでした。
握りは、赤酢を使用した少し温かいしゃり。
小さめなしゃり有り難かったです。
9貫の中で印象的だったのは、海老醤油でいただいた大きくてプリプリの海老！
海老on海老で濃厚な味わいでした！
握りの間に提供された鰆の天麩羅も美味しかった！
天麩羅に続き、握り、茶碗蒸し、巻物、、と全体的に飽きがこない順番と構成になっていて、次は何かな？というワクワク感がずっとあり楽しかったです♪
最後のトロタク巻きには追加でウニをトッピングして、更に豪華にしちゃいました。
こちらは自分で巻くのですが、私は板前さんに甘えて巻いていただきました。
さすがプロ！綺麗に巻いていただき、ありがとうございます！
気さくで優しい板前さんとのお喋りと、プロの演出が今回のお料理をより一層美味しくしていると感じました。
気持ちの良い笑顔は、こちらの気持ちも明るくなりますね。
そして、美味しい食べ方はプロに教わるのが一番！
銀座で春を感じる素敵なひと時でした。
ウニも沢山食べられて幸せでした♪
