東急プラザ銀座の裏手
数寄屋通り沿いに〝魚〟と書かれた看板を掲げているお店があって…
おいしいお料理を提供してくれそうなお店だと直感していながらも、タイミングが合わずにお邪魔できていなかったのであります
それで今日、最近のランチが肉続きだったこともあり、こちらを目的に伺うことにいたします
入り口からは予想もつかないほどに地下へと下る階段は広々としていますし、厚みがある天然木をテーブルトップなどなどゴージャス感あふれる和モダンな空間でありまして…
ゆったりと並べられたテーブルの一番奥にある席をいただきますと、ふっくらとしたソファーや暖かい色あいの照明など寛ぎを演出されています
握りずしやローストビーフ、ミックスフライなどもありましたが、限定5食が用意された「本日の魚 炙り焼とお造り膳」をいただくことにいたします

西京焼きにされることで余分な脂が落とされているとはいえ、たっぷりと脂が乗っていることでの旨味と、ほんのりと香る味噌の旨みはご飯が進むものでありまして…

そしてお造りは鰹とかんぱち、鮹の3点盛りでありまして、舌にまとわりつくほどにきめ細かな舌ざわりに鰹のおいしさを堪能することができました
大きな木箱で提供されたのは、創業から300余年続く“にんべん”の鰹節でありまして…
味噌汁に入れてもご飯に乗せてもおいしくいただけるとのおすすめに従いいただくことにいたします
薄く削られた鰹節が熱々の汁の上で踊る姿も美しいのですが、その旨みを含んだ汁のおいしさは一層でありましたし、ご飯に乗せた“猫まんま”では鰹節の旨みを噛みしめることができました
