Our Tempura is simple above all else. Because it is cooked by deep frying, we are particular about everything from the ingredients to the batter. The batter in particular has a light and crispy texture, and melts in your mouth, so even women can eat it in one go! We recommend "Tempura Hitsumabushi," which allows you to enjoy Tempura in a variety of ways. You can enjoy the satisfying and fresh shrimp tempura and conger eel tempura in four different ways: with salt, with Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), as a tempura bowl, or as Tempura chazuke.

In order to enjoy the original taste of the ingredients, quality is first and foremost important. Genkai Sea seafood from Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We carefully select "log shiitake mushrooms" from Seki City, Gifu Prefecture and "Kuzuryu Maitake" mushrooms from Ono City, Fukui Prefecture. Furthermore, we ensure freshness by sourcing directly from all over Japan. At our restaurant, we offer Tempura made with carefully selected ingredients at affordable prices.
