食べログ検索していて見つけた銀座の天ぷらや。
銀座にありながら、なかなかリーズナブルなお値段だったのでBMしてありました。
この日はちょうど銀座でお昼時。
さっそくBMしておいたやす田に向かいます。
場所は銀座SIXの裏手から新橋方面に向かった、あまり人通りは無い場所。
シンプルな看板を見つけて地下に降りると、まだ先客なしのお店に入店することができました。
カウンターにお店の方は２名。お好きな席にどうぞということで一番奥のカウンター席に陣取りました。
２名の店員さんは体格のいい方と細めのやさしそうな方。どちらも見た目はお若い方たちです。
どうも立ち位置からすると細めの方が店主さん。
おまかせコースとビールをお願いしました。
おまかせコースといっても２０００円。８品ほどのコースだそうです。
最初のは海老、なす、隠元。
最初の海老ってその天ぷら屋さんの印象を決める大事な一品な気がします。
こちらの海老はちゃんといい火の通り具合で海老が美味しく甘い。
二皿目はキス、人参、三つ葉の天ぷら。
キスもふんわり、しっとりと揚がってます。
忙しいさなか、店主さんとも色々お話させて頂き、ビールに続いて日本酒も注文。
すると穴子の肝煮をサービスしていただきました。
日本酒を飲んでいるとほんとにありがたい一品です。
穴子の肝煮って初めていただきましたが、くせもなく上品な味。
その次に穴子一本。これまたボリュームのある立派な穴子。
最後のかき揚げはタレもいただいてかき揚げ丼に。
美味しい上に、リーズナブル
これは銀座でいいお店に出会うことができました。
