奇跡の高コスパ!!!
GINZA SIXの裏にある、天ぷら屋さん。
大将のお人柄がとにかく素敵。
コロナ禍で大変な時で、
お客様は減ってしまったそうですが、
生産者さんをとても大切に感謝されていて、
仕入れは以前と変わらぬ量を仕入れられているとの事。
そのため、
信じられないくらいの奇跡のサービスが日常的に行われているそうです。
この日いただいたのはこちら。
■盛り合わせ 5点盛り ¥880
5点盛りをオーダーしたら、
8点の天ぷらがやってきて驚きました！
「これ間違えてないですか？」と尋ねると、
冒頭部分のお話をしてくださいました。
食べきれないよと怒られてしまった事もあるんですよ〜と、
笑って話す大将さんのお人柄が素敵すぎて。
ナス、海老、蓮根、サツマイモ、人参、ししとう、
カブ、キス、、、
本当に美味しかったです。
■卵天丼 ¥550
天ぷらになった卵をお箸で割ると、
黄色みの濃い黄身がとろ〜り。
タレも卵も美味しい！
■天ぷら恵方巻き
美味しすぎました。
後日、天丼だけを食べにまたお伺いさせていただきました。
かなりの高コスパ店！

5種盛りを頼んだら9種盛りがきました。涙
銀座にこんなにサービス精神旺盛なお店があるなんて。
毎度、毎度、感動してしまいます。
