看板にはかなり前から気が付いていたのですが、地下であるということで様子がわからずにいました。今年になってから呼び込みの方が立っているのに気付き、思い切って階段を降ります。
ノーゲスト。どこでもお好きな所へ。との事。では、カウンター真ん中へ。すかさずお茶を出して下さいました。やはり、カウンターなので上天ぷら定食かな。
どうも伺ったところ、一つ旬のお勧めがあるそうで。今日は玉葱。一つずつ来るのかと思ったら塗りの箱にセットされて出てきました。海老が二尾と野菜達。この玉葱。とても美味しい。低温でじっくり揚げるらしい。でも、ベチャベチャしてません。2度あげの効果でしょうか。そしてこちらの天つゆには海老の殻を炒めて旨味エキスが加えられているそうです。あっさりですがコクがある。（私には感知できませんでした^^;）
お話がお好きなご主人と話していると食材に対する愛情、料理に対する情熱が感じられました。心地好い爽やかさと美味しい天ぷらで満足な夏の1日でした。
