銀座 天ぷら やす田さん。
カウンターでいつも店主さんの
お勧めや、食に関する取り組みの
お話をするのが楽しくて。
海外の方もよくいらっしゃるので
対応にも慣れておりまして、
この日もランチ開始と同時に
満席。
こうやって美味しい天ぷらを味わって
色々な方に知ってもらえる事が嬉しいですね。
こちらの天ぷら、衣が
本当に美味しいんです。
サクッとしてるのにサラッとした口溶け。
勿論、旬の食材の新鮮さも最高です。
今回は
-天丼 (サービスランチ)
・ししとう
・大海老 二本
・茄子
・大葉
・蓮根
・鱚
お新香、お味噌汁付き
海老が大きいんです。
ぷりぷりで。
茄子はとろけるし、
蓮根も美味。
そしてお米がまた美味しい。
炊き加減がとっても好き。
これで1000円なんて。
夜にお酒と食事で来た事もあるのですが
また別の日にアップします。
こちらも兎に角美味しいんです。
