緊急事態宣言中と言う事で、ノンアルで( ；∀；)
奥会津金山の天然炭酸の水。
これ、カーンと強い刺激ではなく、柔らかな炭酸ですごく美味しい◎
食事に合わせるにはピッタリ！
食事はMakuake限定の舞コース。
まずは、前菜から。
ガラスの器には、渡り蟹と、はぐら瓜の土佐酢ジュレがけ。さっぱり美味しい＾＾
天然わらびのおひたしは、シャキシャキ感と適度な粘り気がいい◎
真ん中の器には生湯葉と生雲丹。
そして、５月の節句を意識されたという、ちまき。
くるくると解いていくと、中には穴子！美味しい♬
お椀はアイナメの葛うち、椎茸、秋田のじゅんさいなど。
お造りは鰈、本鮪、貝柱、いかの焼き霜造り。
２切れずつあったので、お塩も添えてあると、醤油と食べ比べできるので尚良し！
炊き合わせは黒龍吟醸豚の柔らか煮
私も大好きな銘酒・黒龍酒造の吟醸酒粕を飼料に用いたブランド豚✨
角煮のように柔らかく煮込まれた豚肉には季節の筍が添えられている。
ご飯欲しくなる～
岡山の天然鰻を白焼きで。すだち 藻塩 本わさびが添えられている。
皮はパリッと！脂がしっかり乗っていて、身も適度な弾力！
すだちがよく合う◎
添えてあるのは、あけびの葉の佃煮。
鰻の柳川煮。
こちらは、舞コース限定で、＋1,000円でアップグレード出来るメニュー(^_-)-☆
(アップグレードしない場合は白焼きと、蒲焼きの合い盛り)
柳川煮に鰻を合わせるって珍しい！
しかも、鰻をずらすと･･･フカヒレ(ﾟдﾟ)！
鰻とフカヒレの組み合わせも珍しい！
どちらもコラーゲンたっぷりなので相性がいい素材同士なんだとけ◎
酒菜は自家製からすみ大根。
お酒欲しいよ～(´;ω;｀)
手打ちの十割蕎麦は、美しく、美味しい。
頃合いを見計らって、そば湯も出してくれる。
デザートは桜餅・道明寺に見立てたもの。
いちごや大納言、見えにくいが桜餅も隠れている！
このデザートは絶妙なバランスで好き♡
お好みで、黒蜜をかける。
適度にお腹いっぱいになり、ちょうどいい量◎
最後がお蕎麦なので、ご飯のように重くなりすぎないのもいい。
お酒を飲みながらいただくのに、バランスの良いコースだと思う。
今回はお酒が飲めない時期だったが、本来なら日本酒が得意との事で、
珍しいものも揃えがあるらしい。
日本酒好きとしては、是非お酒OKになったらまた伺いたい。
ご主人のワンオペなので、カウンターは２名×２組、
テーブル席は４人×１組と席数が少なく、こじんまりとしたお店。
隠れ家感があり、かしこまりすぎず、和食割烹を味わえる(^_-)-☆
