最近、暇すぎて一人ランチ率が多い私です(笑)
今日は銀座へ出向いてみました。
何のジャンルが良いかな～と考えていたところ、知らない店名が目に飛び込んできました。
お店は「銀座かしわ」です。
まだ新しいお店のようですね。
こ綺麗なカウンター席に、テーブル席がわずか。
かなりこじんまりとしたお店です。
私は一人でしたがテーブル席に案内してくれました。
お料理はとりあえず「鶏まぶし」をオーダー。
生ビールを飲みながらお料理を待ちます。
一人で外の景色を眺めながら、ボーーーーーっとビールを飲んでいる時間もなかなか幸せなモンですね(笑)
いきなりドーンと丼ものが出てくると思ったのですが、ちょっとしたコース仕立てになっていて、なかなかお得感あり！！
そしてメインの鶏まぶしが登場！！
くぅぅ～～、このビジュアルが嫌いな日本人っていないですよね！？？？(笑)
比内地鶏を使用したこちらの鶏まぶしは、かなり弾力がある力強い鶏肉でした。
このブリンブリンな跳ね返り(笑)
ところどころに香ばしく焼いた皮の部分も混じっていて、これがまたいい感じ！
私はタレは甘くて粘土の高いものか、醤油感が強く残っているものか、どちらかはっきりしている方が好きなのですが、こちらは中間かな？
ただ、残り半分くらいになったところで、鶏スープを入れてお茶漬け風にいただくのですが、この状態にするとこの中途半端なタレが逆に丁度いいのです！
ってか、雑味の無いこの鶏スープ！かなり美味しいです！！
振り返ればすごーく充実した一人ランチになりました♪
