Hinai Jidori is a high-quality ingredient from Akita Prefecture and is considered one of Japan's three most delicious chickens. You can enjoy dishes made with high-quality meat and seasonal ingredients. Courses with our signature specialties are available in pine, bamboo, and plum. We will deliver dishes that take advantage of the rich flavor of Hinai chicken, such as ``Hinai chicken confit and seasonal vegetable terrine'' and ``Hinai chicken balls.'' We offer a monthly course limited to after 9pm for 4,000 yen, so please take advantage of this as well.

Our famous Hinai chicken "Tori Mabushi" is available only at lunch time. The carefully selected Akita Hinai chicken, which is purchased directly from contracted farmers and raised with a mixture of rice and lactic acid bacteria, can be enjoyed in four luxurious ways. First, enjoy the elasticity and flavor of Hinai chicken as is, and then add seasonings to enjoy the change in taste. Then, add the rich and mellow Hinai chicken egg yolk, and finally add Takumi's chicken soup and enjoy it like Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）.
