お店は東銀座から歩いて2分。
新しいビルの11階にあります。エレベーターの扉が開くとモダンシックな店内が落ち着く空間でした。お店からは東京タワーも見れる。大人なシックな店内でテンションあがりました。
お昼の鶏のひつまぶしのコースを頂きました。
一品目
有機野菜のサラダ

ウニの乗った比内地鶏卵茶碗蒸し
ウニだけ先ぱくりと頂きました。茶碗蒸しもお出汁がきいてて美味しい。
いよいよメインの
比内地鶏のひつまぶし
土瓶や薬味とともに運ばれてきました。
先ずはそのままで
このままでも美味しい
二杯目は
薬味を入れてネギや山椒や柚子唐辛子をかけてまたこれだけでも味が変わって美味しい
三杯目は
比内地鶏卵をのせてTKG
こんなん美味しいに決まってます。
四杯目は
土瓶に入った比内地鶏のスープをかけて
このスープが絶品。スープだけでも頂きました。めちゃくちゃ美味しい
食後のコーヒーはおかわり自由。
4種類の味が楽しめるとても美味しいランチでした。
夜も行ってみたいな。
