美容院前に【銀座かしわ】さんでランチ。
あらかじめ食べログ限定のお得ランチコース、比内地鶏の鶏まぶしを予約。
季節のサラダ、比内地鶏の鶏まぶし、デザートのコース。
紀州備長炭で丁寧に焼き上げた比内地鶏のひつまぶし。
はじめに鶏のスープを一口頂いてから、4等分に分けて頂きます。
最初はそのまま、次に赤柚子胡椒など好きな薬味を加えて、3回目は黄卵を加えて、最後はお茶漬け風にして頂きます。
最初に一口頂いた比内地鶏の白湯スープ、めっちゃ鶏の出汁がでていて、旨味が濃厚なトロトロスープでした。
じっくり備長炭で焼かれた比内地鶏、一口食べただけでおいしー！と幸せな気持ちに。
鶏は柔らかくて、皮部分はパリッと焼かれていて、めっちゃおいしいです。
鶏肉ってこんなにおいしいのだなと感動しました。
わさびをちょい付けしても、甘すぎないタレが絡まったお肉がひきしまってとてもおいしいです。
比内地鶏の黄卵自体が濃い色でおいしそうなのですが、まぜると鶏とご飯が濃厚な黄身に絡んでおいしい。
最後のお茶漬けも葱やわさびをかけて頂いて、ほんと４度楽しめる鶏まぶしでした。
デザートは、お花と一緒の花瓶にささった葡萄。
出されたときにオシャレすぎてびっくりした。
凍らせてシャーベット状の葡萄でおいしかったです。
店内綺麗でカウンターの木目調と黒系インテリアでおしゃれ。
静かでゆったりと美味しい比内地鶏を堪能できました。
今日はあいにく昼前後が大雨強風だったので、11階のガラス張りで雨の凄い様子がわかりました。美容院から近くて良かった。
晴れの時は気持ち良い景色でしょうね。
