山梨&日本酒愛に溢れるお店です
山梨県をこよなく愛する友人に指定された場所は、東銀座にある『鮨学』さん。
もちろんご主人は山梨県のご出身だそうです。
殻ごとの雲丹にお出汁を合わせたものからスタート
ケンサキイカのにぎり
マコガレイをお刺身で
エボダイの昆布締めを握りで
ハマグリ茶碗蒸し
つぶ貝とホタテをお刺身で
アジなめろう
イワシのにぎり
甘々娘（とうもろこし）のお豆腐
という具合に、つまみと握りが同時に出だされるスタイルです
ツマミと握りに合わせて日本酒もどんどん進み、この日お店にあった全日本酒を制覇してしまいました
山梨愛いっぱいで楽しい夜を過ごすことが出来ました。

山梨県産ワインと鮨を楽しむという企画で再び訪れたのは、山梨出身の大将のお店、『銀座 鮨学』さん。
毛蟹のつまみからスタートして
タイそしてカスゴの昆布締めをにぎりで
百合根山芋とウルイのおつまみ
桜の葉の香りを合わせた白魚にぎり
焼いたホタルイカ、赤貝ヒモとキュウりのつまみ
赤貝のにぎりに続いてシイタケの握り
焼いたタチウオ、イカゲソをつまみで
マスの漬けをわらで炙ったものの握り、
マグロ、マグロの漬け、海老、アナゴ、カンピョウ巻きそして玉子で終了
