昨夜は、友達に誘われて、
東銀座の鮨 學（@gak4705 ）さんに。
おつまみとお鮨が交互に出てくる
スタイル。美味し過ぎて、
楽し過ぎて、日本酒飲み過ぎた〜
河岸で働いてるから、
お寿司とか食べに行かないでしょ？
とか、周りから言われるけど、
ちゃんとした職人さんの手によって、
仕事されたお鮨は、
どんなに鮮度の良いお刺身があったとしても、
私の中では、全くの別物。
私たち仲卸から買った魚達を、
職人さんのさまざまな知恵と技で、
お鮨という、素晴らしいお料理に昇華する、
職人さんの技術の凄さよ。
本当、日本人に生まれて良かったわ〜❤️って、
改めて思っちゃった
