The day I wanted to go was exactly available and I was able to make a reservation about a week in advance. I love Pork Cutlet, so I came here with high expectations. It's a small shop, so there are only counter seats, but you can watch the food being eaten at each seat and serve it freshly, so you can eat in the best condition. It's great that you can have small portions of various parts served with matching toppings, and the palate cleansing options are also very creative.
