会社の接待で利用させていただきました。一つ一つの量は少ないのですが、コースでお願いしていたので、どんどん供して頂き食べ切れませんでした。女性にはちょっと多いと思います。
様々な部位を少しずつ揚げて頂いて、どれも美味しかったです。特に帆立のクリームチーズキャビア添えは、珍しさもあって美味しかったです。
ただ、完全にインバウンドを意識したコース、価格設定となっており1人16500円のコース。
個人的にはとんかつには、熱々で脂の甘い感じのお肉をキャベツと合わせて頂く、庶民的な親しみ感を持っていたので、古き良きとんかつ文化？もインバウンドの波に飲まれてしまったような気持ちになりました。
とはいえ、個人的にお伺いできるようなお店ではないので、とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。ご馳走さまでした。
2時間制で最後、とても退出を急かされてしまいました。そこがちょっと残念でした。
