日曜、妻と銀座へ。
東京駅で途中下車し,ぶらぶらと歩く。
ふと立て看板に目が止まる。
あん肝ラーメン！！と書いてある！
更によく見ると、
あの"まるみつ旅館"のではないか！！
という事で、12時17分、早速店内へ。
こちら茨城県のアンテナショップ内の店舗。
満席との事で、記帳しショップ内で時間潰し。
13時00分、やっと入店です！
カウンター9席とテーブル2x9席の造り。
椅子の下には籠が置かれています。
・瓶ビール 900円
・茨城県沖よりあんこうの小鍋と
つくば鶏の香味焼き 1,800円
・まるみつ旅館の
あん肝ラーメンライス付き1,200円
をオーダーです。
先ずは瓶ビールで乾杯。
熱々の鍋は仄かに出汁は効いてるものの
塩味もコクも足りない。
野菜はシャキシャキ感、
あんこう3切れは嬉しいが
やはりちょっと薄味過ぎるかな？？
鶏と野菜の焼き物系は美味しく、
ご飯も進みますね！
茶碗蒸しは玉子と出汁のみ。
あん肝ラーメンは、縮れ麺のモチモチ系。
鍋よりしっかり塩味もするが、
もう少し濃い方が良いと思う。
最後はライスをぶち込んで完食。
退店した13時40分、店内客は3組10名。
