私は、煮ないサバ味噌 1,500円
友人は、炙り煮穴子 2,000円 をchoice
ランチは、特製味噌汁 発酵デザート付き。
白ご飯味噌汁はお替り自由
2年どころかまだ先日openしたくらいの
ピカピカ 真新しさでした。
鯖は写真より実物のほうが大きくて
とっても食べ応えがあり◎
遅めの朝ごはんを食べ早めのディナーが
18時からでしたが。美味しかったので
思わずご飯をお替りしました。
信州のお味噌屋さんこと
ひかり味噌さんが手掛けただけに
さすが！
発酵味噌のアイスクリームも
濃厚で新鮮な味わいでした。
ご一緒した月1ペースてミシュランの
星付きレストランに行くという友人も
素敵なお店を予約してくれてありがとう！
