I received a seasonal course. This is a shop that I've been interested in for a long time because it's a miso shop. For drinks, I asked for a sake pairing. There are 5 types and 8 types, and I chose 5 types because there were other alcoholic beverages I wanted to try besides the pairing. As expected from Ginza, the food was sophisticated and delicious. The dish that shocked me the most this time was the ``Kabuto Chirashi Sushi Moromi Miso.'' Here, the Sushi is served with miso. It was my first time to have Sushi with miso, and it went well with it...! It's addictingly delicious. The meal was served in a clay pot, but I paid an additional fee to change it to rice cooked with sakura shrimp and bamboo shoots. I was happy to receive seasonal food. The staff at the bar had great knowledge about alcohol and I had a great time drinking it! A sommelier is also present, and wine and sake events are also held.
