当店は、昨年（2022年）閉店した六本木の「奈可久」の暖簾分けで、2018年12月にオープンしました。
六本木の「奈可久」をさらに遡ると、かつて「銀座御三家」と呼ばれた「奈可田」のご出身。「奈可田」も2015年に閉店してしまいましたが、その系譜に連なり、六本木の「奈可久」で16年修行したという村上亀（ひさし）さんの腕前は確かです。しかも、誠実さの感じられる丁寧な接客で、落ち着いてくつろぐことができます。その実直な雰囲気は、丁寧に作られたお料理にもあらわれています。
凛とした心地良い雰囲気の中、江戸前の伝統と精神を継承したお寿司の世界を堪能できるお店だと思います。
