親方から美味しいと教えていただき調べると昔連れてっていただいた六本木店と同じ名前。
昔連れてっていただいた友達に確認すると六本木の鈴木大将から独立されたお店とのこと。
「お連れしますよ！」と素敵な返事が。友達に予約を取っていただきこの日を迎えました。
有楽町駅からこちらへ向かったのですが外観の暖簾等がお洒落過ぎて一瞬通り過ぎてしまった。
さて、暖簾を潜ると村上大将の優しい笑顔が。一気に緊張がほぐれます。
桜の木の柔らかい色合いがまた良い。
こちらは村上大将と4月から入ったバイトの女性1名。
個室は観光客と思われる方が３名。カウンターは満席。カウンターは女性が私だけでした。
村上大将は物腰柔らか。個室、カウンター、追加も次々とテンポよくこなしていきます。
この動きに見とれてしまった。鮨屋はこうでなければ。
だからカウンターがいいのです。
さて、こちらはとてもシンプル。直球で来ます。これが堪らないのです。
素材、旨味、食感を大事にされていてとっても美味しい。
やはり教えていただいた通り、ドストライクの鮨屋でした。
正統派のお鮨はやはり美味しいなと実感した夜でした。
