2年ぶりにお会いする友人とお邪魔致しました。
奈可久さんにはずっと行ってみたいと思っておりましたが、なかなか機会がなく、やっとお邪魔出来ました。白木のカウンターや大将、スタッフの方の親しみのあるお出向かいにより、期待が膨らみます。
私は初めから冷酒をお願いし、2人でドリングメニューにあった冷酒は、美味しいおつまみも相まって、結果、全種類頂きました。
お鮨は派手さはない、正統派の奇麗な江戸前鮨で、仕込みは丁寧に時間を掛けいるのだろうと思わせる、優しさの中に深い味わいを感じました。
美味しく深い味わいは勿論、接客応対や配膳タイミング、お店の雰囲気、器や江戸切子のグラス等、色々な要素が高いレベルで融合し、満足度が形成されていると改めて感じさせられました。
銀座の7丁目でオシャレなビルの1階店舗で、不動産の仕事をしている関係で、どうしても家賃が気になってしまいますが、それに見合う経験や実績を持っての店舗運営だと思います。
季節の旬と共に大将の職人技を感じに再訪したいお店です。ご馳走様でした。
