Corridor Street is crowded with people on the weekends, and there are a wide variety of restaurants lined up, giving the impression that they are competing with each other. Tonton is a Japanese bar where you can casually pop into Corridor Street. I thought it was a Cow tongue restaurant because of the name "Tonton," but it seems like it's Nagoya-style. The main menu items are Nagoya dishes such as Okumikawa chicken and miso oden. So, what I received today was Miso Kushikatsu. Fried chicken dish. Stewed beef tendon. potato salad. Seared cucumber. Trotak. Grilled stingray fin. Fried Skewers (lotus root, quail egg, mochi mentaiko, shrimp, camembert, asparagus). Miso grilled Onigiri. As usual, I can't remember the details of what tasted like it because of the alcohol. However, as expected from Nagoya, the miso kushikatsu and doteni have a nice miso flavor. Fried Skewers are also crispy and gently fried. We finished off with miso-grilled Onigiri and dispersed. When I left the store, I was surprised to see even more people!
