今日はそばを食べたい気分だったので、銀座にあるやぶ久さんへ行きました。日本橋にもある人気のお店です。
平日の昼過ぎに行くと、店内は半分ほど埋まっていました。店内はテーブル席のみ、暖簾で半個室が作れるようです。メニューは、季節のお蕎麦の他、レギュラーメニューもあります。お酒の種類も豊富です。ランチメニューは無いようです。黒豚肉せいろを注文しました。
注文して15分ほどでせいろそばが運ばれてきました。温かいつゆと冷たいそばです。つゆの器の中に、豚肉やつくね、焼きねぎが入っています。つゆは甘酸っぱく、南蛮のような美味しいつゆです。黒豚はお肉の旨みを味わえます。つくねもお肉の旨味と蓮根の食感を味わえる美味しいつくねです。
お蕎麦はツルツルとした食感や喉越しを味わえる美味しいお蕎麦です。お蕎麦の香りや甘みも味わえました。
今度は天せいろや温かいお蕎麦をいただきたいです。
