Soba, which has inherited the traditional taste, is characterized by its smooth texture and rich aroma. We produce the highest quality domestically produced buckwheat flour using the same foot-stepping method that has remained unchanged since our founding over 110 years ago. We are also particular about the soup stock. Two types of bonito flakes are used, and one type is a custom-made thickly shaved dried bonito flakes. It boasts a traditional strong flavor that has been boiled for nearly an hour. Yabuku's soba is ``Gai Ni Soba'', which inherits the tradition of Edo, and has more buckwheat flour than the typical Nihachi, so you can enjoy the flavor of the soba even more.

Our signature menu is the rich ``Curry Nanban'' made with high-quality bonito flakes. There are three types of spiciness: normal, spicy, and extra spicy.
