久々にお肉を堪能する日。
焼肉よりしゃぶしゃぶ派です。
しゃぶしゃぶのお店もたくさんあるけれど、こちらのお店を選んだ理由は神戸牛、近江牛、松坂牛の3大和牛の食べ比べが出来るコースがあること。
なかなか食べ比べってできないので楽しみ。
3大和牛の食べ比べも魅力ですが、野菜というかきのこの種類も凄いんです！ きのこだけでも8種類も登場。聞いたことのないきのこもたくさんあって、１つ１つ説明までしてくださるの。
これにはちょっと驚いたわ。
そしてお肉の盛り付けも個性的でインスタ映え。
サシの入った綺麗なお肉がとんがりコーン的な？ 思わず2人で凄いね～ってハモってしまったり。
どのお肉も最高。
銘柄も違うし部位も違うので飽きないのがいいの。
そしてお腹にも余裕があったから豚肉も追加注文！ 豚は豚でまた違った美味しさがあって楽しめる。
しゃぶしゃぶのタレや薬味の種類も色々とあって、これもまた食べ飽きないポイントの1つ。
中でもお気に入りなのはオリジナルのつゆ出汁。お出汁の香りがよくサッパリとしててこれが1番好きかも。
お店の雰囲気もとてもよく綺麗で清潔感もあり。
スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、銀座という立地ながらもリーズナブルなお値段。
様々なシーンに合わせて利用できるお店じゃないかな。
