和食＆ワインのお店、 |
東銀座で高級食材を使った創作料理が有名な、懐石料理と言うか和食と言うか居酒屋と言うか、のお店です。フォアグラ最中と痛風丼が前々から食べたいと思っていたお店です。平日の夜に予約して訪問しました。
料理は最初に突き出しで揚げ出し胡麻豆腐のゴマだれ山葵添え、この店含めたグループ全体同じ名物、美味しです。そこから頼んだのは、
・フォアグラ最中、手でかぶりつきます。中にはフォアグラと奈良漬け？サクサク最中と濃厚なフォアグラ、塩っぱい奈良漬けが絶妙なマリアージュです。
・刺身三種、カツオタタキ、サワラ炙り、馬刺し。美味しいけど生魚が無いので刺身を食べてる感は薄い。
・カニクリームコロッケ、これも名物の一つです。クリームソースは入ってるのかな？ただ、蟹の身がたっぷりで美味しいです。
・スズキのアスパラチーズホイル焼き、かなり太いアスパラです。
・痛風丼、イクラ、ウニ、カラスミ、キャビア。個人的な好きなものが山盛りでこれは大満足です。
デザートも食べました。お酒も日本酒など結構揃っています。器も洒落てるし、雰囲気は居酒屋なので気楽に入れるのも○です。素材や場所を考えると、かなりコスパも良いお店で、近くにあれば通いたいお店です。
