食べログを検索していたら食べログTOKYO日本料理百名店に、うち山グループのお店があったので事前に予約をして行ってみました。
20時11分に2名で訪問。
店内奥のテーブル席に案内されました。
20時30分の予約でしたが早く着いてしまいましたが対応して頂きました。
先ずは生ビールで乾杯し2杯目は麦焼酎のソーダ割りを飲みました。
生ビールのグラスおしゃれでした。
オーダー
名物フォアグラ最中【ニ個】2000円
焼きさつま芋ピューレ、生湯葉、生うに、出汁ジュレ【ニ個】2200円
長芋、軟骨バター醤油焼きパルミジャーノ1800円
カニクリームコロッケ【ニ個】2400円
甘鯛うろこ揚げ【ニ個】3000円
お酒を飲んで2人で合計16900円税込みでした。
先ずは、うち山グループ名物の焼き胡麻豆腐からスタートです。
焼き胡麻豆腐めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
頼んだメニュー全て美味しかったですが特にフォアグラ最中とカニクリームコロッケが美味しかったです。
フォアグラ最中は中に入っていたいぶりがっこが良いアクセントでした。
カニクリームコロッケは何もつけずに食べます。
カニが大量に入っていて味付けも抜群でめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
店員さんの接客も丁寧で良かったです。
また行きたいと思いました^_^
