コース3万円～台の寿司屋さんの中でサービスが最低だなと思いました。
個室予約なのに店員さんが洋服をすぐ受け取りに来ない。
店員さんが料理を提供する際に奥の人のところに届かないからと器をちょいちょいと押す(？)ように出す等みっともない仕草。(後ろから回ってしっかり置かない)
また完全個室ということだったが個室ではあるのだが、非常口扉のようなものがドンとあり、狭く、全く高級感がない。カウンターならサービスが良かったのかもしれないが、曲がりなりにもこれで銀座の寿司屋の個室のクオリティと言っていいのだろうか。。。
また日本酒メニューが無く、その日のお任せだそうで、
全て辛口の品揃えですっきり/甘め/？？(忘れた)という曖昧なオーダーで出てくる3種類のみ。
スッキリを伝えたのに出てきたのが日本酒大吟醸の水芭蕉でとてもフルーティタイプが出てきたり、「？」となることばかり。
またこれは店員さんが悪いわけではないが、外国人でアジア圏の方で日本語が不自由なのかオーダーが伝わりづらいことも。
寿司の味は普通。特別美味しいとおもったネタがなかったので、3万円のコースと考えると微妙だなという印象。
同じビル、同じ階にある酒井の高級ラインということでしたが、2度とリピートはないです。
