場所は東銀座、歌舞伎座と目と鼻の先にあり、俺のgrand marketが入るビルの9階。
前は俺のベーカリーだったような？はどうでもいいですが、流石に9階からのこの立地からの眺めはとてもよく、高級とカジュアルのちょうど良い頃合、寿司屋7割レストラン3割の要素な作りです。初デートに良さそう。
飲み放題コースにて、
とろたくてきなカクテル
小さなシャリが底にあり1口タイプ。
映えますが美味しい要素は見当たりません。
たくあんの瑞々しさにかけるのが原因でしょう。
真鯛のカルパッチョ
鮮度も悪くないですが味付けはちょい薄で印象がありません。
赤身、イカ
銀座の寿司屋とは到底肩は並べられませんが何も考えずに食べるなら悪くないです。
グラタン
シーフードや餅が入ったグラタンですがこれが実は1番印象的。
都内の名を馳せる洋食屋さんのグラタンと同等かそれ以上のクオリティであり、シーフードの芳醇な旨みが良く感じられます。そしてなんと言っても餅を忍ばせる創意工夫が食べていて楽しくグッドグッドです。
握り4巻ですが全て握りが雑。
当店は寿司屋ではなく私の中では寿司屋風居酒屋という位置づけになりました。
ちらし寿司風カクテル？
これも二口飯であり物足りなさを感じます。
ちょこんちょこんとおままごとのような1品料理の連続で全くお腹に溜まりません。
ザーサイ、中トロ手巻き寿司、アナゴ、ウニ、玉子の4巻。
これでおわんが来て終わりですがと言われたときにはコスパの悪さを衝撃的に感じました。
それでも腹6分目なのでネギトロ追加。
回転寿司なら握りだけなら5皿です。
寿司屋を掲げている割には何もかも中途半端なゆえ、居酒屋に寄らせたいのか寿司屋にしたいのかなんの店だか分かりません。
そしていちいち小さいのでコスパの悪さは嫌でもついてきます。
飲みまくる方にはもってこいでしょうが、飲みはそこそこに食事を楽しみたい方には向かない店。
