What I received this time ☆ [Special course carefully selected by craftsmen-Yamaken-] ■ Sushi cocktail ■ Cold yellowtail sashimi ■ Meat Sushi Smoke ■ Nigiri Hirame ■ Nigiri Kinme Snapper ■ Nigiri Isaki ■ Crab and corn gratin ■ Nigiri Otoro ■ Nigiri Sumika ■ Silver cod grilled in Saikyo ■ Nigiri prawns ■ Nigiri 〆 mackerel ■ Nigiri red shellfish ■ Wagyu beef in a small pot ■ Steamed whitebait Sushi ■ Egg ■ Shallow pickling of sasai ■ Untan small bowl ■ Nigiri conger eel ■ Lean hand-rolled Sushi ■ Miso soup ■ Fruit agar ■ Untan and tuna Yamaken dog (added) Yamaken-san is a restaurant where you can taste sushi and kappo dishes, which are representative dishes of Japan, in a luxurious space, and in addition to that, the atmosphere is good with a panoramic view of the night view of Ginza. First of all, the Yamaken course that I received this time is a selection course limited to counter seats, and it is a nice point that you can see the craftsmanship in front of you. While being fascinated by the gorgeous food, I was able to enjoy a conversation with the general. The course started with a sushi cocktail. It looked beautiful, and the texture was good because it had takuwan, iburi, and red onions. The cold yellowtail sashimi was from Himi in Toyama Prefecture, and it was moderately fatty, fresh, and delicious. The meat Sushi was a luxurious dish with caviar and gold dust on top, and it was exquisitely smoked. The crab and corn gratin was hot and the size was just right. There was plenty of crab, and it was the first time I had a gratin at a Sushi shop, so I discovered something new! And the silver cod grilled in Saikyo was the best with the seasoning of the sake. I thought it was good that this kind of food was incorporated into the course. The small pot of wagyu beef was so tender that the meat melted, and the broth had an elegant taste. Among the sushi this time, my favorite ones were large toro, prawns, and red shellfish! The tuna was delicious with high-quality fat, and the quality was high. I liked the prawns because they had a sweet taste and the red shellfish had a good texture. The sushi was made up of white fish, shellfish, tuna, etc., so the content was well balanced. It was possible to place an additional order in the middle of the course, so I ordered the restaurant's famous untan and tuna yamaken dog! The general generously served us untan and tuna. I was excited because of the strong visual impact, and the buffoon sea urchin from Nemuro was fresh and satisfying. It was a restaurant that could be used for various purposes because it was fully equipped with private rooms. The night view was beautiful and uplifting, and it was comfortable.
