休日夜に事前予約をしてお伺いしました！
歌舞伎座の近くにある六本木・歌舞伎町のようなキラキラした空間のお寿司屋さんです。
お鮨はもちろん美味しかったのですが、一品料理も一つ一つ丁寧に作られていて大変美味しくいただきました✨
特に印象に残っているお鮨は、大きくてぷりぷりな"車海老"とふっくら柔らかめの"穴子"です。あと"ウニの小丼"はウニ好きにはたまらないです♡
一品料理は"和牛サーロイン"と"和牛小鍋仕立て"が特に美味しかったです。
和牛サーロインは、桜チップスモークの香りがたまりません。キャビアと金箔が乗った和牛サーロインは映えること間違いないです！
"和牛小鍋仕立て"は、和牛サーロインと生麩と九条ネギが入っていました。特に上品なお出汁がとても美味しかったです✨
かなりボリュームがあるコースで大満足です！
おそらく22品ほどあったかなと思います✨
