こちらは茹で。
鮮やかな色のネタは厚みがあり茹でならではの旨みが凝縮。

甘味があり、脂の乗った身。ねっとりとして最高。
キンメ
きめ細かい味わいで赤酢のシャリが最高の一品。
マグロ
絶品の一品。甘く感じてしまうくらいおいしい。
脂の乗りも最高の一品。
カンパチ
しっかりと熟成されてるおり白ワインとの相性が抜群。

パリパリの海苔に巻かれた
とろけるマグロ。濃厚でクリーミーなウニ。
一瞬でなくなりました。笑
店内は雰囲気がよく、銀座の夜景が見えるお席。
大将目の前のカウンター席。
どちらも雰囲気がよく、さまざまなシーンでご利用出来るかなと思いました。
