銀座三越11階レストラン街にある VIDRIO（びいどろ）です。
ホテル聚楽でおなじみ、株式会社 聚楽のレストラン事業です。
1977年（昭和52年）に、国内初、本格スペイン料理店のチェーン展開を開始してます。
「びいどろ」は、渋谷、吉祥寺、銀座、銀座三越、池袋の５店舗、
カジュアルバージョンの「エル・チャテオ」が、銀座、中目黒、御茶ノ水の3店舗あります。
「びいどろ」と「エル・チャテオ」合わせて8軒、国際的なコンクールで優勝したというパエリアがウリ。
どのお店のシェフが獲得したのかは調べてません。(^^ゞ
三越伊勢丹グループで使えるクーポンをいただいたので
日曜日のランチタイムに二人で予約して伺いました。
銀座三越のレストラン街、休日ランチタイムはどのお店もスゴイ行列なので
予約しておくにこしたことはありません。
店内、ティファニーブルーよりちょっと濃い色合いの
ターコイズブルーのソファー席が印象的です。
二人とも、パエリアセット(2,970円)をいただきました。
シェフ特製タパス５種盛り合わせ、シャンピニオンのアヒージョ、
選べるパエリア、デザート、ドリンク付きです。
妻は、2014年東京パエリア選手権優勝の『魚介のパエリア』。
私は、2018-2019年フィデワインターナショナルコンクール優勝の
『フィデワ・デ・ガンディア(+880円)』と、
『スペインビール(+880円)』をいただきました。
・・・私だけチョイ高にしちゃったけど、クーポンがあったので OKでした。。(ﾉ≧ڡ≦)
スペインビールは、MAHOUビールでした。
マオウ家が創業したスペイン・マドリードを代表するビールメーカー。
パエリアは１人ずつ焼くので時間がかかります。
シェフ特製タパス５種盛り合わせとシャンピニオンのアヒージョを食べながら
パエリアが焼きあがるのを待ちます。
タパス５種は、キャロットラペ、オリーブ入りポテトサラダ、
スペイン風生ハムとチーズ、パテドカンパーニュ、生ハム入りクリームコロッケ。
さてさて、30分ちょっとして、パエリアがやってきました～♪
私が選んだ『フィデワ・デ・ガンディア』は、お米じゃなくてショートパスタです。
海老・手長海老・アンコウが乗った贅沢なパエリアです。
食後のデザートは、くるみのショコラ。
ぎっしり詰まっていてカッチカチです。
ハーブティーと一緒に美味しくいただきました。
