[サービス] アテンドのお兄さんの丁寧な接客と丁寧な焼きに至れり尽くせ。。荷物の上から布をかけてくれたりサービスが行き届いていて感動。
[店内] エメラルドグリーン、グレー、ゴールドを貴重とした写真映えする内装！
●雲丹と炙りサーロインの手巻きキンパ
贅沢！雲丹がお肉に負けない力強さ。一品目にガツンと、でも重すぎず楽しめる。さすが看板メニュー。
●キムチ盛り合わせ
蕪のキムチいちおし。
●極上タンと熟成タンの食べ比べ
柔らかく旨味のある極上タン。そのあと旨味がより濃縮され歯応えの強くなった熟成タン。熟成肉を掲げる店ならではの楽しめるメニュー。どちらもいいが個人的には熟成の方が好き。
●厚切りハラミ(メニューにないが用意あり！裏メニュー！〜
まるで丁寧に火が入った小さい赤身のステーキ。1番美味しかった。
●ホルモン盛り合わせ(ギアラ、レバー、コプチャン)
焼肉で外せない！コスパ断トツメニュー。ホルモンまで丁寧に焼いてくださる素晴らしいサービス。
●特選部位3種盛り合わせ(カメノコ、カイノミ、ショートリブ)
A5ランクの米沢牛の良い部位を日替わりで提供する店イチオシメニュー。綺麗にさしがはいっていて大満足の食べ応え。
●大判サーロイン 焼きすき
網一面を覆う大きなサーロインをレアで口いっぱいに頬張る夢のような一皿。濃厚な卵黄と絡めていただくう。
●冷麺
出汁がしっかり効いたスープ！ミネラル感があって海を感じる。しっこしこの麺でボリュームたっぷり。
●石焼ビビンバ
おこげがカリカリで美味しい！春菊がいいアクセント。
●ワイン
イスラエルのヤルデンというシャルドネの白をいただいた。初めてイスラエルのワインをいただいたが飲んだことない味わいでバランスが良くて美味しい。どうやらイスラエルでは超有名らしい。幸せな初体験。
